The SC2, SC4 and SC2 Mini Silicone Spray Machines are based around the proven Composite Integration pumping/metering system.  
They incorporate a simple and robust pneumatic control system and unique and ergonomic mixing/spray head design.  

Designed specifically for the pumping, mixing and dispensing of (two part) Platinum cure silicones at a ratio of 1:1, 10:1 or 1:1+1 for thixotropic additive or inhibitor, these machine can either be used to mix/dispense directly into a mould (casting) or to spray using the integral 'Air-Action' spray head. 

The SC2 Silicone Spray System is designed to dispense/spray silicones at a mix ratio of 1:1

The machine features two precision double-acting pumps dispensing through the unique SC mix-head.

25 litre material tanks are mounted on the rear of the machine.

The SC4 Silicone Spray System is designed to dispense/spray silicones at a mix ratio of 1:1 with an additional third pump to enable 'Thixo' additive to be used on-demand.

Te machine also includes the Spray Assist function.

Suitable for dispensing and spraying addition (platinum) cured silicones.

The SCMini Silicone Spray System is a small portable machine designed to dispense/spray silicones at a mix ratio of 1:1.

Including 2.5 litre material tanks and a simple manually operated dispensing/spray gun, this 'bench-top' machine is specifically configured for smaller applications or projects where portability could be an advantage.
